Private In-Home Puppy Training
Helping people with their puppies between the ages of 8 and 16 weeks has become my specialty. There are three levels of puppy training, although keep in mind that every dog is different, learns at a different rate, and every home environment differs. What your dog learns at each level is dependent on the dog.

Packages
Level 1
I guide you to train sit, stay, come, down, leave it, and introduce some leash walking using many treats to get these behaviors consistent and reliable. You and I will address nuisance behaviors like potty issues, nipping, and jumping. You also get valuable socialization advice which is the most important thing a puppy needs at this age. This is a 4-session training package, one 40-60 minute lesson per week. $490
Level 2
I help to build on good manners cues in various contexts with fewer treats. We might add placement training in preparation for the Level 3 program, where we meet in public places. Leash walking is extended to include street distractions and fewer rewards. Randomizing rewards make behaviors more reliable. This is a 2-session training package, one 40-60 minute lesson per week. $220 Prerequisite: level 1
Level 3
This is last in a series of puppy training where we try to phase out treats for all the basic cues completely. We might also work exclusively in public places like plazas and cafés. Another option would be to prepare or test for the AKC Canine Good Citizen. This is a 2-week program, one 40-60 minute lesson per week. $220 Prerequisite: level 1 and 2

Are you overwhelmed with the prospect of training a puppy? I can give you a head start with training and do some of the work for you with my Walk-And-Train program. I can give your puppy a walk in the middle of the day for a few weeks and train them in the same session. More details are here.
Single Session Potty Training For Puppies & Adult Dogs
This option isn’t optimal because you are simply training one aspect of the learning process, but some people just want to know how to keep the dog from pooping or peeing indoors. This potty training lesson is 30-40 minutes and can be either at your home if you are local or virtually if you are out of my service area. $170, and this includes a 20-minute follow-up lesson two to three weeks later.
